Pick a Continue Flow
Choose a preset when you begin your first career. Streamlined suits fast seasons, and Comprehensive shows the most.
The FM27 UI splits the game into six primary sections, moves navigation out of tiles and into top menus, and adds Large, Medium and Small scaling on 1440p and 4K screens. Four Continue Flow presets then decide how often the game stops.
Five settings make the biggest difference to how FM27 feels. All except the first are reached from Preferences or on screen.
Choose a preset when you begin your first career. Streamlined suits fast seasons, and Comprehensive shows the most.
On a 1440p or 4K monitor, try Medium or Small if you want more information on each screen.
Send Squad straight to the first team, for example, instead of the overview.
Edit the in-game keyboard shortcuts to match the screens you open most.
Pin your key screens, add text descriptors and reorder them for each phase of the season.
Main screens now gather their key actions in a panel below the menus, so you act without leaving the page. Many former cards also open full-screen, which means fewer windows to close.
The UI now reads your screen size and resolution, then rearranges screens to reduce empty space. Tables show as many rows as fit without scrolling, and fonts are larger across the game.
| Screen | Scaling modes | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Below 1440p | Default layout | Larger fonts and adaptive tables |
| QHD and 4K | Large, Medium, Small | Choose how much information loads on each screen |
| Ultrawide | Applied on load | Wide tables rescale to fill the extra space |
Continue Flow appears when you begin your first career and sets how often the game pauses. Clicking continue also lands you on more screens outside the Portal, and every option can be changed later in Preferences.
Fewer breaks, for managers who want to speed through the weeks toward match days.
A middle setting that stops for more insight and information than Streamlined.
The fullest preset, for managers who want information as it happens.
Set how often the game stops for messages, results, fixtures and news updates.
A separate setting decides whether the Continue button works through your messages or moves on with messages still unread.
Four tools fit the interface to your habits. Landing screens and shortcuts live in Preferences, while bookmarks and tiles change on screen.
Choose the page each primary menu option opens, so the area you use most is fewer clicks away.
Reassign the in-game keyboard shortcuts to whatever suits you.
Add text labels to saved screens, and rearrange them on the bar as the season changes.
Swap the Transfer Window tile on Recruitment for affiliate clubs or transfer history. The Match Day Interface has tile swapping too.
The inbox now holds more of the information you used to open elsewhere, and colour coding by topic shows what matters first.
